[cisco-voip] Cisco TSP with Outlook 2003

Oops,

I didn't see this reply from Wes.

Something funny I noticed: it doesn't work when you dial "pulse" instead of
"tone". Don't really understand what it has to do with calling a number via
TAPI..., but it has to be "tone".
