[cisco-voip] User ID CCMSysUser is not valid

I was trying to change passwords for CCMSysUser and CCMAdministrator
yesterday using CCMPwdChanger.  I was able to authenticate, I guess, with my
Active Directory domain controller (that is to say, I didn't receive an
error), but when I try to change the password for the CCM users, I receive a
popup error that reads:
User ID CCMSysUser is not valid

Has anyone seen this before who might know where I should start
troubleshooting?
