[cisco-voip] unity directory handler prompt

when i try to paste a file into the unity directory handler prompt, i get a 
message first "do you want to overwrite file" and i select yes, but then 
after i try to actually paste it, i get "unable to paste file"

anyway i can change that directory handler prompt?
