[cisco-voip] International calling

Are you using a 9.011! route pattern or something? I believe if you
use 9.@ then setting the Called Numbering Plan & Calling Numbering
Plan dropdowns to 'Callmanager' will populate the plan & type in the
outgoing isdn setup properly.

If using a 9.011! or the like then I don't believe CCM can determine
what 'kind' of call it is and marks all as 'Unknown.' I guess you
could try modifying the Called Numbering Plan dropdown under the
gateway page to 'International' and strip the 011 - what are you using
for L2 signaling, National or 5E?
