[cisco-voip] preselect provider issues

Hi,

we have some very strange issues with MCI preselect....

We are running CCM 4.0(2a) and using softphones 1.3.4a ... the problem
is that we don't get any of the softphones to call the outside world...
the hardphones 7970,7960,7940 are having no issues at all.

When we call local, LD or international the softphones are not able to
make a call. If we are using the German Telko network is working fine...

Did anyone experience that kind of issue? Or even better has a solution
for that?
