[cisco-voip] European Dial Plan

I am going to be doing an CCM Cluster with Unity and
IPCC Express install across the ocean and wondered
what caveats anyone may have come across as compared
to the NANP Dialplan? Also any issues with E1 vs. T1
configurations?
