[cisco-voip] Dead Air Calls

I am having intermittent dead air calls from IP to IP phones.  My call
manager is at 3.3.4.  I am using 7940/60 phones running phone load
P00307000200.  I changed to P00307010100 in an effort to fix the
problem.  The only thing I have changed recently is a couple of
switches.  I added two Cat 3750 PoE/24 running c3750-i9-mz.121-19.EA1d.
I have Auto QOS enabled.  I put in a TAC call but after 5 days of
getting the run around I closed the case.  If anyone has run into this
your help would be appreciated.
