Yeah, you can. I've setup a few 5350s to do voip and dial(ppp/exec
over async/isdn) simultaneously. Use data dial-peers to differentiate
between the call types:

If you had a Nextport platform (as5350, 5400, etc..) you don't need
any additional hardware - nextports do voip & data.
An AS5300, though, would need additional HW, like DSP modules and the
DSP carrier cards:
