I just thought I would send out a quick note to the list regarding the CIPTUG conference. Not sure how many others attended, but I was definately impressed with the content. Just the right amount of vendor based input and surprisingly quite a bit of support from Cisco. There were two open mic sessions with Cisco which permitted the audience to raise concerns and have their voice heard. Many new contacts were made throughout the conference as well as the user backed case study sessions. The one thing that was stressed throughout the conference was the fact that Cisco is committed to the feature request system that the CIPTUG group has created and will be looking at the Top X (10 or 20) features submitted by the membership for inclusion into new versions of Call Manager, Unity, etc.

If you can't make it to the conference, then take a look at joining and making use of the feature request system.
