im trying to get a new gateway setup - its a 2610xm with a pri vwic. ive got
it configured for mgcp and my callmanager has it registered. i setup a new
route pattern - 5.@ to point all calls to this gateway, but when i dial
5-nxx-XXXX, im seeing the 5 being passed along with the number which shouldnt
be happening.

when i created the route pattern, i just took my standard 9.@, copied it,
change the 9 to a 5 and changed the selected gateway.
