Hi Chad,

I your carrier does not like your called party number:

58426804

5 - access code?
842 - local exchange
6804 - extensoin

I suspect you will want to drop the 5 as well.  You can do this either in CM (95.XXXXXXX) with predot discard.  Or you can do this on the router with dial-peers or translation-rule.
