Hi Ahmad,

There are 3 CM service parameters that can affect unknown callerid:
Unknown Caller ID     
Unknown Caller ID Flag
Unknown Caller ID Text 

But this could also be a display issue with the phone loads.  Please 
confirm that phone did upgrade successfully, and then you may try the 
latest 6.0(5) phone software on CCO.
