[cisco-voip] SIP Trunk

My provider has offered SIP as a service for me, I have read a little about
it but still confused -
 
I have several branches that all have either MGCP or H. gateways setup over
a T1cas with 4 or 5 voice ports each...
 
To configure this I would remove my MGCP or H. config and place it with SIP
statements, then setup a SIP trunk in CCM using a provided SIP Proxy IP by
my ISP?
 
Is that about the gist of it? Minus routes, etc...
