[cisco-voip] VoIP to VoIP calls

Which IOS feature set is required?
I have IOS 12.3(4)T4 Adv. IP services on 2651XM, is it capable of h323-h323
calls?

Yes, they do support IP-IP calls, but you need an IP-IP IOS for that.
