[cisco-voip] 7914 File Not Found

I just had the same issue.

I ended up deleting the 7960 that the sidecab was attached to and then
readding it to the system....

I tried to seach Cisco.com for possible solutions but with now luck.If
any of you have meet this :

  File Not Found: S00103020003.sbn  

in the 7960G Device Log pls give an idea why.

I have load the firmware of BIN extension not SBIN for the 7914
extension and the phone is with an SBIN extension and some work with
there 7914 extensions but some 7914 dosent cause cant find the load
file.Why a device with a pressent load file in TFTP path cant find it
some times? ? ? THX _______________________________________________
