Make sure the MWI/Notification VM port is not included in the VoiceMail Line Group. Also, in Unity, try removing MWI from the ports dedicated to answering calls.

Subject: [cisco-voip] Unity and two ccm clusters
Hi all,
Im trying to integrate the Unity 4.0.4 with CCM 4.0.1 and CCME 3.1. I've configured two clusters with four VMports for each.
First three ports are dedicated for answer calls, the last one provides message notification, MWI, Amis and TRAP.
The configurations are the same for both clusters.
In such configuration I've been experiencing delayed MWI. My investigation show that Unity use MWI ports in sequence regardless of for which ccm particullar port partains. How can I "map" the MWI ports to particular cluster ?
TIA
