[cisco-voip] Conferencing questions

What am I missing?  How does the MRG/MRGL get associated to the Meet-Me DN or ad-hoc conferencing?

I tried the hit meetme and then the extension on the first phone.  So far so good.  Go to the second phone and dial the extension and get a fast busy.  All are in the same partition.  What did I miss?  I'm guessing it has to do with the MRG/MRGL?!?

Any phone other than the first one doesn't need to hit Meetme, they 
should just be able to dial 8100 and get into the conference.

Do you hear a tone on the first phone when the second one joins?

Which CFB resource it chooses for the call is based on the MRG/MRGL of 
the device.
