[cisco-voip] Unity and two ccm clusters

I think the problem is in Unity configuration rather than in CCM.
As I can see (status monitor>ports) Unity is trying to turn on/off MWI using "non-answer calls" ports but from incorrect cluster.
In CCME "deb epohone mwi i have" :

After some attempts its trying to use another port. Sometimes first attempt is correct.
