[cisco-voip] Web Dialer

How does webdialer work? Does it do a CTI control of the users phone to dial
a call?

The reason I ask is that I have some overlapping dial plans separated out by
partitions. I have site A that has dn range 1XXX and site B has dn range
1XXX. Is the webdialer application smart enough to recognize the
partition/calling search space of the users phone who is logged into the
webdialer application.

We use in internally in Cisco and I use only this in place of our
official directory now because of click to dial function.
