[cisco-voip] 7960 dieing after firmware update

I just upgraded my 7940-60's to 7.1(1.0)  Now my receptionist has had
her 7960 phone die twice in an hour.  Shutting down the port and doing a
no shut is the only thing bringing it back up.  Any Ideas.  I have a TAC
case open
