Looking for a better conferencing system than the AD HOC and MEETME
conferences.

We need security (PINS), ways to reserve (other than using outlook
calendars), listing attendees, etc.

Just got a quote for Cisco Conference Connection (which can do the
above).

Cost is damn high.

List Prices:

Software (includes 20 users) $15,000

10 additional users $8500

40 Users $30,000

20-100 upgrade $50,000

Is Cisco kidding here? It's going to be astronomical ($65K) for a 100
port system, and you can't pool user licenses across all your servers
like you can with Unity.

Are there alternatives to CCC that still integrate with a Cisco VOIP
system?

What are the pro's and cons?

Is the Cisco System really that good to cost as much as it does?
