	consider using a machine running asterisk to set up
your conferences.

	we're using that here, and it works great.  i've had great
success with this.

	i create a conference bridge per-user and let them have PINs
on all of them.  This way they can do a call whenever they want
with however many users they want to.

	You should be able to find someone who would set it up
and do some system integration for you (web interface, etc..) for
a lot less than what cisco wants to do the same thing.
