[cisco-voip] Hunt/Line Groups

All,

I have setup a Route pattern with a Route/Hunt List etc...

I have CCM 4.01(sr2).

All calls come in to receptionist. If she doesn't pickup the call in x
seconds It is forwarded to the hunt list where all the phones ring at
the same time.

So far no problems, everything works....

 

But now the problem. 

If none of the hunt list phones pickup the call, I want to forward the
call to a special outside number (our call center).

I can set the phones of the hunt list to forward no answer to that nbr.
But I don't want to do this for calls that doesn't come from the hunt
list.... 

Is it possible to link two hunt lists.....

 

Or can I create a dummy phone, put that into the hunt list and only put
this phone forward no answer to the externalk line (now that I think
about this.... Maybe this should work).

 

Anybody already tried this, or any other suggestions....
