[cisco-voip] Unity Prompts..

Hey Guys,
On my Unity system (4.0.3) is it possible to change the system message
for the directory handler??
 
For example, when people get transferred to our directory handler, it
says "Please spell the last and first name of the person you are trying
to reach" 
 
The owner of our company wants this changed to just say "Please spell
the last name of the person you are trying to reach"
 
 
Can this be done?
