[cisco-voip] Hunt/Line Groups

Hi Benny,

If a call is being routed by the line group feature, all call forwarding
configuration on the lines in the line group are ignored.

If you have Unity, you can add the UnityVM port group as the last line
group in the hunt list, then configure a directory handler so Unity will
answer the call, and then transfer the call to the offnet destination.

Otherwise, if your call center is based on your CM, you can make the
last line group contain the CTI Route Point (that is actually registered
and will 'accept' the call). This cannot be an unregistered route
point/port, as forwarding is not invoked.

In 4.0, you can configure an attendant console pilot point (it will
'accept' the call) in the LG and have the corresponding AC hunt group
contain 1 member with 'always route' that is CFA/CFNA to your offnet
destination.

This case is greatly improved in CM4.1 as you have even more control
over what to do when lines the LG do not respond.

/Wes
