[cisco-voip] Unity Prompts..

You can alter the Directory Handler Prompts. Here is documentation and
alternate prompts that can be used. You could replace the prompts with your
own or simply use the replacement ones indicated in the document. Please
note that this is not TAC Supported, I have 38 Unity servers that we have
replaced the Directory Handler prompt for and have not had any issues. Also
of note is that any upgrade to Unity will over write these prompts and put
them back to the default directory handler prompt.

Hey Guys,

On my Unity system (4.0.3) is it possible to change the system message for
the directory handler??

 

For example, when people get transferred to our directory handler, it says
"Please spell the last and first name of the person you are trying to reach"


 

The owner of our company wants this changed to just say "Please spell the
last name of the person you are trying to reach"

 

 

Can this be done?
