[cisco-voip] undocumented (?) changes to Call Manager

I was just reviewing some of the bugs for 4.1(2) and something about the Maximum Hold Duration Timer service parameter came up.

For the life of me, I can't find any information about this new service parameter anywhere. I don't see it in v3.3(3), so I'm assuming it was added somewhere along the line. 

What worries me is what other things are not being documented that I'm going to happen to 'fall' over. :(
