I was upgrading from 4.0(2a). I had just upgraded to 4.0(2a) from
3.3(3) about 2 months ago.

That's great to hear.

What version were you upgrading from?

I just upgraded to CCM 4.1. The upgrade went well except for 1
issue. We use AD integration and I have to reinstall the plugin on the
publisher before I could upgrade the subscriber. I searched through all
the bugs reported in 4.1 and it was very confusing. I found a level 1
bug that would have been a show stopper for me. In doing more research
the bug was introduced after the initial release of 4.1. There are
other issues that are fixed in ES06 but in my testing I couldn't
reproduce the issues in my environment. So at this time I have not
installed any ES.
