[cisco-voip] CM 4.1 upgrade

I didn't do that.  I just did the upgrade and then reinstalled the
plugin

It was my impression that to upgrade call manager you had to remove the
AD connector plugin and go back to DC Directory before doing the
upgrade.  After the upgrade was over then you could integrate with AD
again.  Is that not the case?
