[cisco-voip] call center setup using cisco voip solutions

im just new to this list, i wonder if anyone has a call center experienced using cisco.were planing to put up a call center but dont have any idea yet about the architecture, routers, switches to use. we gona apply voip here.kindly give me details. tnx
