[cisco-voip] Downloading BARS application

Is that link online or on a cd?   CCO is a dns name that resolves 
internally to cisco.com but for obvious reasons won't work outside our 
internal network.  It should never appear in a link on cisco.com.

If that was in a link please find the "submit a comment on this page" 
box and tell them it's wrong.  Believe it or not there are folks who 
actually read those comments.
