[cisco-voip] Accessing Unity Domain through Proxy

I'd expect them to be, but this is MS so I can't say for sure. I just
did a quick sniffer capture and it looks like the integrated
authentication info is encrypted but ethereal may be able to decrypt
it. The PC I'm testing from isn't actually a member of a domain so I
don't know what info it should be sending.
