[cisco-voip] Historical reporting

I believe my problem Might be that the IP address on the SPAN NIC is
being used.  How do I make the CRS server use the regular NIC's IP
address?

I need a quick response.

I just formatted my CRS server in October when I got my new servers.
And I didn't check to make sure historical reporting was working, but
now my supervisor needs the info, ASAP.  

After loading the historical reporting app on my pc I'm getting an error
message, about communication with the web server and id and password.
Any clues?

Can someone point me in the direction of the docs.  This is 3.1.3sr3 and
the old verision was 3.1.2 that worked so well.  Just don't tell me the
stats are not there!
