[cisco-voip] call center setup using cisco voip solutions

Hi Bill,
 
tnx for replying, its a nice feeling that someone is ready to help. i dont have yet the cisco knowledge regarding voip, i just finished my ccna. If you could please send me some architecture of the network with the model of the routers and switches so that i can discuss it with my group as well with our cisco equipment providers. By the way im from the philippines.

You start with a Call Manager for Call Processing, and IP Phones.  A Voice gateway (Router with Voice Cards) interfaces the PSTN.  
 
Cisco IPCC is the call center piece.  The specific requirements of the Call Center determine whether you need IPCC Enterprise or IPCC Express.  There are various flavors of both versions of IPCC again depending on your requirements.
 
You need a network infrastructure that supports Quality of Service.  All current models of switches and routers support QoS.
