While I support asterisk, and feel its a great open source solution - This
is a cisco-voip list, and feel asterisk is being pushed an awful lot on the
list.... FWIW...

If you havent already made an investment in the cisco callmanager and
cisco ipcc software, I would recommend going with asterisk
(www.asterisk.org). It supports call center apps and is highly
customizable.
