HI ALI the most common solution is to check the services passwords which have 
to be the same in all the cluster!There is a utility called adminutility.exe 
that will help you to maniplylate all the pass on all servers at the same 
time and with this you can change the Private Password Phrase in the 
cluster.Check Passwords cause  DCOM Starts the servers with the services and 
if they don't match in all.Then you have to run this adminutility.exe from 
the cmd on the Pub.
