[cisco-voip] Subscriber DCOM Err...help

Most often Dcom errors are not going to have much to do with SQL 
replication.    I've attached DBLHelper, try using it and hitting 
"reinitialize" to see if that gets your replication fixed.

For the DCOM errors we need to know which service is causing them.  
Inside the event log error there will be a long string surrounded by { 
} brackets.  Copy that string and search for it in the registry.  You 
should hit a key with that as the name.  In that key somewhere will be 
the path to the executeable that is the service.  Find that service in 
the Services mmc app and make sure it is started.
