[cisco-voip] Downloading BARS application

Ryan,

You need a CCO account with the privelage to download, on the front
page of www.cisco.com there is a drop down box under a heading called
downloads.  Here you can access any download availiable from Cisco. 
If you do not have a CCO acount with the privelages contact the vendor
you purchased your equipment from and ask them if they can provide you
a PICA account. "Partner Initiated Customer Access"
