[cisco-voip] MCI PRI Signalling and CallManager 3.3(4)

I bet they're complaining about the bogus calling party ie in the
outgoing setup message - can you fix that and try again? Don't know if
that's actually causing calls to fail, but it's something to get out
of the way.
