Hi
Have a look at you voice port setup and you dial plan, it sounds like
the cme cannot match any numbers dialing in or fit it into a dial plan.
Fro example you might want to put in a dial plan that will recognize any
dialed/dialing number.

Subject: [cisco-voip] CALL MANAGER EXPRESS - FXO TROUBLE !...
Hi,
I have set up Cisco CME. I have 12 FXO voice ports, connected to PSTN
lines and loaded auto attendant script on the ports. If someone call my
PBX number IVR starts to play, while IVR is playing if you dial 9 and
dial the destination- pattern CCME opens an another FXO port and make an
another call on my FXO port.
Any idea about this case ?
