It's a tool you can use to parse CCM traces. It was developed in house
for use by TAC to easily follow external calls. I'm not sure what the
version is that's on CCO but our tool is up to decoding some SCCP as
well as MGCP and H.225 messages.
It can't do Qsig facility IEs or H.245 yet but I think they're trying
to get that into it.
