Any feature that requires a pin will still require a pin. Once you
integrate with AD you will need to set the pin for each user. What
this will actually do is create a profile in the Cisco ou for that
user. There is an attribute added to each AD Account that CM will use
to find out where the profile is. All the Cisco specific information
(department, pin, device association, etc) is actually stored in the
profile.
So short answer is they will use their AD username with the pin you set
up for them.
