There domain username and password is what they will use for most
everything. Some IPT services still require the PIN but you can look them
up in CM and add the pin there.
We integrated with AD and CCMUser, WebDialer, and IPCC Express agents all
use there domain user and password.

PS. But Like I said earlier, services like fast dials, my address book,
informaCast still require the PIN.

I have a silly question about the Directory Integration plug-in for AD.
Does this eliminate the need for a username/PIN/Password in the default DC
that comes with CM?
IE, when a user wants to log into ccmuser or web dialer, do they still need
to use an assigned username/pin, or can they use their AD username/password?
I can't seem to find much more info on this than :
