may i be wrong, but I think you have made two major mistakes:
1. the FXS ports, where the call shall be "landed" must be matched via "incoming called-number", not by "destination-pattern".
2. configure the ports as direct-inward-dial.

I've a problem on voip with a cisco 2600 router.
I've a PBX extension connected to a BRI S/T port of the router. The problem is that I can't redirect the call that come from the PBX for any of the FXS ports. Is any body out there that can help me?!! I would be gratefull
