	Yes

	Yes

	Usually, you take the clock source from the line, but if this is a
point-to-point T1 between two of your sites, you may need to
provide timing yourself.

	ie: one side should be set for line, the other should be set
for internal.

	This may fix your problem..  always be wary of errored seconds
of any time (slip, etc..)
