Put these commands in, clear counters on T1 and see if
things are better.
network-clock-participate wic 0
network-clock-select 1 T1 0/0
You want no network clock on the slot 1 since it is a
analog module. Just need to make sure the backplane
clock is from the T1 so the clocks the same. Right
now, the backplane has it's own clock and the T1 has
it's own and they are not the same.
Is the T1 a PRI?
