[cisco-voip] is Call Manager an H.323 gatekeeper ?

     Hi,

   I want to register an H.323 endpoint (via RRQ) to Call Manager. 
Unfortunately - no luck. In the portlist of Windows I can not see
the UDP 1719 port used for RAS.
Is it possible for Call Manager to be used as an H.323 gatekeeper or not?
