This may be the wrong forum to gripe about this issue, but a) I know of know other, and b) it does have some technical content. The question is: Did Cisco truly have to reissue the entire SP4 update to fix the single bug that SP4a fixes, thus requiring an uninstall of SP4 before the install of SP4a?
