[cisco-voip] In-band DTMF with Cisco Call Manager

Thanks, Wes.  I'm pretty sure the phones are 7960G phones.  I will find out if
they were testing using the speakerphone.  Supposedly things stopped working
after some patches were applied to the CCM, so this explanation makes sense. 
In the meantime, I have heard that using a 7200 as a Voice Gateway in between
the CCM and my Nextone/Sonus could help with this problem.  Any recommended
IOS versions for a 7204?
