My username / password works for Call manger configuration. Also I can
access the DC directory without any problem using Directory Manager.

Hi all,

After Installing CRA on the Call Manager and rebooting the Server, when
I
try to start the Cisco CRS Administration, I get the following error
message:

Cisco CRS Administration: HTTP 401.1 Unauthorized Login Failed

I checked up the solution form this document:

And it does not affect my install.

My IUSR_Guest or IWAM_Guest accounts do not have "User must change
password
at next logon" checked in the General Properties window.


Any other pointers, which will help solve this problem?

I tried all the options to login as follows:

http://servername/appadmin

http://dnsnameofserver/appadmin

http://ipaddress/appadmin
